Stray Puppy Need Urgent HELP!

Janice has wrote-in to us this morning about a puppy she has recently rescued which is down with ticks fever. The puppy made it through last night but he still seems weak and lack of appetite. However, his fever has drop from 39.5 to 38 which is a positive sign.
