The puppy rescued by Janice is getting better and can be taken off the IV Drip today. He will also be ready to discharge by this evening. The puppy has even started asking for food! 
Janice now needs help for someone to foster the puppy for 3 weeks to a month till he is fully recover. Any fosterer and better still an adopter available?
