MDDB Penang will be working alongside with Profits4Paws led by April Sham and also other Independent Rescuers on the new project "Spaying Action Plan - 1DAY 1SPAY" in conjunction with the introduction of TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release) in the State of Penang.
This project mainly targeted strays from the streets with the aim to help cope/reduce the population of strays in the most humane way. Killing is NOT the solution. Sterilization IS. We do not want Malaysia to be portrayed as a barbaric nation. We want our next generations to be raised in a country that respects and apply moral values like: responsibility, compassion, non-violence, tolerance of all forms of life. In this project, strays will be captured and sterilized before being release back on the streets to live out their natural lives.
