Anyone willing to sponsor SPCA Seberang Perai
with a van (new or used)? Madam Tan is constantly facing problems with
transporting the animals (for spaying, to the vet & adoption drives)
as the current van she is using is old and kept breaking down. Would be
happy if someone is willing to giveaway their van (still in working
