Bai Bai and Hei Hei were rescued out from SPCA Penang just in time before they were scheduled to be Put-To-Sleep. Just because they were infected with mange, SPCA Penang has decided to cut short their lives without even considering giving them medical care. Thanks to MDDB Selangor, both Bai Bai and Hei Hei are now in good health waiting to be adopted.
